1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to Wang Distribution’s & Oversea Mooncakes customers in Melbourne, Victoria
1.2 The competition commences 12:00am (AEST) 24 July 2018 and closes on 11:59pm (AEST) on 24 September 2018.
1.3 Entry is open to Australian residents in Victoria aged 18 years and older. Entry is not open to residents of other states besides Victoria.
1.4 The following persons are not entitled to participate and are automatically disqualified from the lucky draw.
- Employees of Wang Distribution Pty Ltd, Contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, siblings (whether natural or adopted by a parent) are ineligible to enter this competition
- Customers who did not have a valid tax invoice as a proof of purchase.
2. Allocation of Lucky Draw chances
2.1 A customer is entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance per tax invoice.
2.2 Customer must complete the lucky draw form via Wang Distribution’s facebook contest page.
2.3 A customer with multiple purchases will entitled multiple entries.
3. Prizes
3.1 The prize of this lucky draw campaign is:
- 2x Return Tickets via AirAsia from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur, for travel period between Jan-April 2019 and subjected to availability.
- All prizes are note changeable for cash or other items, and are either transferable nor negotiable.
3.2 In the event that any of the prizes are not claimed by 31 Oct 2018, Wang Distribution reserves the right to put the prizes back to the next lucky winner in the same campaign.
3.3 Wang Distribution shall not be liable for any loss, cost of damages of any kind resulting from the use of the prizes.
3.4 Wang Distribution will not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purposes or any other aspect of the prizes. Any dispute between a client and any merchant in the respect of any prizes shall be resolved directly between the client and the merchant or service provider.
4. Administration of lucky draw results
4.1 The random prize draw will take place at Unit 8, 126 Fairbank Road, Clayton South, Victoria 3169 at 3:00pm (AEST) on 26 September 2018. Winner will be selected at random.
4.2 The result of the lucky draw will be published on the campaign website and Wang’s facebook page.
4.3 In the event that winner(s) is/are found to be not eligible for the lucky draw and/or the lucky draw prize, the prize will be forfeited. Wang Distribution reserves the right to draw reserve winners to substitute the disqualified winner. Wang Distribution’s decision relating to the lucky draw result shall be final.
4.4 It is a condition precedent for participation in the Lucky Draw that the winner consents to the public disclosure of his/her name, postal code and photographs for publicity or commercial purposes and participate activities of Wang Distribution in relation to the lucky draw and to use of any data provided by such winner for any future marketing effort by the company, without any payment or compensation thereof.
4.5 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4.6 Authorised personnel from Wang Distribution will be in contact with the winner on claiming the prizes.
4.7 Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn on 1 Nov 2018 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified via email and Wang’s facebook page.
5. Others
5.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
